Dave Brown, CCIM, SIOR

In 1997, Dave founded Columbia Commercial, following a 5-year tenure at CBRE and a property management/receivership firm. Since then, he has been focusing on serving the SW Washington market with a specialization in industrial and office properties. He is also a member of the prestigious Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). Outside of work, he indulges in skiing, sailing, and boating. Dave's philanthropic pursuits include mentoring young boys at ST. Mary's Home in Beaverton for a decade. He has also accomplished Cycle Oregon 9 times and the Greater Yellowstone ride once.
