Coleman Brown, CCIM 

Ever since Coleman joined Columbia Commercial in the summer of 2015, he has been committed to facilitating the sale and leasing of industrial and office properties throughout SW Washington and Oregon. In 2025, he acquired Columbia Commercial, continuing its tradition of excellence while expanding its client-focused approach.

Coleman holds a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and managing real estate licenses in both Oregon and Washington. In 2017, he was honored as the Rookie Broker of the Year by the Oregon/SW Washington chapters of CAB, SIOR, and NAIOP.

Actively engaged in the commercial real estate community, Coleman serves as a board member of the Commercial Association of Brokers Portland Chapter (CAB) and is involved with Identity Clark County (ICC), contributing to local economic and business development initiatives.

Before joining Columbia Commercial, Coleman earned his undergraduate degree in finance from Linfield College. In his free time, he enjoys working out, golfing, and spending quality time with his furry friend, Bruce.
